Q: How long do the custom designs take to make?

A: Our waiting list usually runs at about 5/7 days but we keep available time in our schedule for urgent orders. Get in touch and we will give you the best lead time available. We also accept Priority bookings. Time scales are as follows:

Logo - Next working day.

Stream package - 2 working days

Animated stream package - 2-3 working days

Transition - Next working day (where a logo is provided. 2 working days where logo is purchased at the same time)

Q: Do I get revisions with my design?

Our revision policy can be found in our terms of service

Q: Can you send me the files I need for printing merch?

A:  Yes! When you get in touch just mention that you need the files for merch printing. We offer all these files at no extra cost.

Q: Will my design belong to me when you have finished?

A:  All of our designs are made bespoke to our customers wishes and are the property of our customers when we have finished them. The only use that we ask for is in our own portfolio.

Q: I have seen a few elements of the stream package I don't want. Can I get a reduced price?

A:  Usually it works out to be best value to have the whole package, but not always. Give us a message. We are always happy to divide a package up and work out a new price

Q: I have a logo already but I want to upgrade to a stream package or animated stream package. Can you help with this too?

A:  Yep! We are super flexible.

Q: Do you do pre made logos?

A:  Yes! Not many at the moment but our range is expanding.

Q: How will you send the finished files to me?

A:  By Email where possible. If the file sizes are large (usually in animated packs) we will send you a link to a shareable drive.
